This Public Offer (“Offer”) is a legal agreement between Boiler Sale (“Contractor”) and any individual or entity requesting boiler repair or related services (“Customer”). By submitting a service request on the Website, via phone, or email, the Customer fully accepts this Offer.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Contractor provides professional boiler repair, maintenance, installation, and diagnostics services according to the Customer’s request.
2. Rights and Obligations
Contractor Obligations:
- Perform services professionally and in a timely manner
- Inform the Customer about service costs before starting work
- Provide a warranty for specific types of repairs
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Customer Obligations:
- Provide accurate service details
- Ensure access to the boiler
- Pay for services in full after completion
- Not interfere with the work of the technician
3. Service Cost and Payment
The cost of the service is determined based on:
- Type of work
- Complexity
- Parts and materials required
Payment is due immediately after the service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Warranty
A limited warranty applies to work performed by Boiler Sale.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Manufacturer defects
- Third-party repairs after the fact
- Natural wear of parts
5. Refusal or Termination of Service
The Contractor may refuse service if:
- The boiler is in unsafe condition
- The Customer provides false information
- Access is restricted or dangerous
The Customer may cancel the service prior to the technician’s arrival.
6. Liability
The Contractor is responsible only for the services provided and within the scope of this Offer.
Liability does not exceed the service fee paid.
7. Personal Data
By accepting this Offer, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be settled according to Ukrainian law.
9. Acceptance of the Offer
Submission of a service request through:
- Website form
- Phone
- Email
constitutes full acceptance of this Public Offer.
